Life in NYC

   The Gladiator shoes are one of the hottest trends for Spring and Summer this year. They have been around for a year or two but now we mere mortals can finally find them for a little less then about a month worth of salery....

Finally the sun is coming out and the spring colors are jumping out all over the city!
Last weekend me and the hubby took out two little pups to central park, so that we could all experience some good old "nature". When we lived in LA it was easy to take the sunny days, the beaches and palm trees for granted....but here in NYC I am getting back to my Swedish routs were if the sun is out, you better be out there appreciating it, since you never now when you will se it again! Anyway, back to the walk in central park, it was a gorgeous day and especially nice since we saw the first sign off spring colors coming back to the otherwise gray park. The day after that we took a stroll in another neighborhood full of colors, Soho. All the store windows were full of the spring lines and one of the most pronounced color was yellow. It's also a color that, according to Womens Wear Daily, will stay in fashion even for this fall.
So even if we might not see the sun as often as back in Cali, I will make sure to invest in some bright sunshine for my new spring wardrobe=)
